Olguin Sergio Plascencia against the director of the association justice without corruption, having been illegally diverted to the judicial proceedings of his Court shift to a court that was not on duty to try to fraudulently ordered as place despite the absence of any defamation to silence our complaints of corruption, violated the constitutional rule dand the observance of due process and effective judicial protection proclaimed in Article 139, paragraph 3 of our Constitution which states: "any person may be diverted from the jurisdiction predetermined by law, or subjected to proceedings different from those previously established ... ..,". 
With a copy of this report we are requesting the immediate removal of abstencióny reported to the Head of the Office of Judicial Control of the Judiciary of Peru, because the judiciary should not be used as an instrument reprisal and retaliation against a person who is fighting bravely against corruption without a single d & amzgado of Morropon - Chulucanas where it is hurting the poor aggrieved that people 
We must not lower our guard, we must continue the process until they are convicted, which will be very difficult easy, because the masters of the judiciary do not respect the resolutions of Ms. Attorney General which confirms reports based reporting allegations but the important thing is to never give up.
